About the job:

The Senior Account Manager is project and relationship focussed role and is responsible for the successful delivery of campaigns and growth of clients, in line with set targets.

This role will be working with sports brands, so someone with a passion for sport and brilliant product will love this role.

The Senior Account Manager will create, build and deepen relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues at The Onlii, and will most likely be leading a team of account handlers to exceed client expectations against deadlines and budgets.

As a senior person in business the tone you set has an enormous effect on the people around you; so it is vital that you are always learning and developing leadership skills, are decisive when makingdecisions, do what you say you will do and are thoughtful and respectful with your communication.

On any given day, the Senior Account Manager will spend time:

·Managing clients and their projects.

·Writing and delivering briefs for the Creative and artwork teams.

·Managing and leading on client meetings and presentations. Taking notes and actions from said meetings and using problem solving skills to suggest and determine next steps and actions.

·Talking to people in the business to understand what is happening and where the opportunities / areas for improvement are.

·Proactively looking at ways The Onlii can improve their positive impact and making suggestions.

·Going to visit clients in the UK and overseas.

·Using your pro-bono allowance to work on projects that have a positive impact on society or (and) the environment.

·Attending networking events.

·Forecast finances.

·Working on new business opportunities in line with the business strategy, contacting perspective new clients and arranging meetings.

·Using and mastering all the software that The Onlii use.

·Managing performance and feedback for direct reports within the Client Services team (in a way that aligns with our business values and vision).

·Checking in with members of the business (not just your direct team) and offering support where needed.

·Focusing on learning and self development - through reading, podcast’s and online courses.

·Living and breathing the company behaviours, inside and out of work.

The ideal candidate will be people focused with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.

·Confident user of MS365 applications

·Excellent at negotiating with strong fiscal skills.
