A pivotal and figure head of the Technical and Food Safety department, as the Technical Director you’ll be personable character with dynamic and motivating leadership skills.
You’ll have the skills and knowledge to manage and develop, the forerunner of continuous quality improvement, technical strategies, a confident communicator, manage retailer and third party relationships, supplier management and accreditations and without compromising on food safety on delivering excellence and high standards in quality and service.
The skills you possess will add value and a real asset to the dynamics of the company and you’ll play a key role in the growth and future plans for the business.
As a member of the senior leadership team you’ll be responsible for driving technical standards and governance in line with best practice and technical distinction across the business.
If you are passionate about food safety, forward thinking and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast moving environment this will be a great opportunity to share your talent and technical know how.
As the successful candidate you must have previous experience in a similar role and senior level and industry, HACCP Level 4, qualified, experience in liaising with customer technical contacts, in depth knowledge of BRCGS requirement, auditing qualification(s) / skills and experience leading customer and third-party audits.
