Our client is a Ed-tech platform, working with both schools and teachers. With 50 headcount globally, the plans are to continue growing in 2024

The new Sales Director will lead sales, marketing and customer success, and build a great culture, structure and systems to ensure effectiveness to maximise revenue.

We are looking for a passionate Sales Director to join the executive team, where you will be responsible for all revenue-generating elements..

Role:

  • Develop a best in class Sales culture that creates strategic valuable partnerships with the most important customers, covering the North of England
  • Develop a rigorous and systematic programme of sales and marketing coaching and training with objective measures tracking continual improvement in all staff.
  • Report to the CEO to develop and execute strategic vision, goals, and business plans.
  • Provide leadership to the team
  • Build a Sales team
  • P&L responsibility

Experience and Skills:

  • Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated experience in growing revenue across any of the following, SaaS, Education, EdTech, Talent platforms or Recruitment
  • Strong interest in EdTech and the Education sector.
  • 10+ years Sales and Marketing Management
  • Recent experience with cutting edge digital tactics
  • Sales process methodology.
  • Experience in hyper growth scaleup
  • Management style that fosters accountability and gets the best out of people
  • Qualifications: BEng, BSc (Eng), MSc (Management), MBA
