Role

Assist with all aspects of software licensing including drafting, contract negotiations and redlining

Advising and providing legal assistance on compliance matters

Dealing with a broad range of legal areas and international jurisdictions.

Reviewing and negotiating lengthy non-standard customer contracts.

Dealing with a broad range of legal matters beyond software licensing including data protection laws, anti-bribery and third-party terms and conditions.

You

Will have commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience

Experience in software licensing
