What Youll Bring As a Children's Home Manager

  • Qualifications : NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Childrens Services (or equivalent).
  • Experience : Proven experience managing a childrens residential home, with a track record of securing good or great CQC ratings.
  • CQC Registration : You must be a registered CQC manager.
  • Knowledge : A strong grasp of child protection legislation, therapeutic approaches, and best practices in childrens care.
  • Skills : Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
