Team Manager Watches And Fine Jewellery New Bond Street
Reporting to the Boutique Management and W&FJ Team, a Team Manager is responsible for supporting, managing the sales, operations, asset protection, and human resources of the boutique to assure a great customer experience and optimum profitability. have good eye for aesthetics; and be proficient with the use of computers and software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, and partner with them to execute individual action plans.
Support the management team in setting achievable goals, yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved.
Coach Fashion Advisors in growing their W&FJ selling capability, and where appropriate leadership and management skills.
Take part in the training, evaluation, motivation and development of the staff.
Network with Chanel colleagues to share best practices.
Set the example of strategic vision, targets, projects and initiatives and ensuring that the team are consistently displaying the Chanel Values & Behaviours.
Support the management team to lead and develop the business of the store, by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic knowledge of your business and relating to all relevant stakeholders.
Partner with the CRM team to identify key opportunities and best practices for the store and support them with the training and development of the team in this key area.
Champion and develop a customer centric and service mindset in store, with the aim of building a loyal Clientele, appropriately leveraging all clientelling tools from the CRM team
Maximise the potential of all product categories carried in the store, capitalising on all available support (visual merchandising, training, clienteling, events, HR team...) Be the voice of the store by understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations.
Ensure policies, operational standards and procedures are communicated, understood & implemented whilst also proposing any improvement actions.
Take accountability alongside Store Support for the health and safety management of the boutique.
Supervise loss asset protection and risk management.
Established Team Management experience in the luxury goods sector, or a large, fast paced retail environment.
Demonstrated track record of building an international client network.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Relationship building - always looking to learn from and help the people around you.
