Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive is currently searching for an employment consultant available for an interim assignment to support our clients to cover all aspects of employment law work, including but not limited to; advisory, policy and litigation.

This role requires the successful candidate to provide support on advisory matters, disputes, reviewing of reward structures, implementing new procedures and policies, drafting and negotiating employment contracts and working closely with their HR and employee rewards teams.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified Solicitor with training from a top tier law firm.
• You have significant post-qualification experience working on a range of employment matters.
• You will have a background working for in-house organisations or top tier law firms.
• You will have excellent communication and time management skills.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
• You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK, visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.
