Our clientele includes ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, developers, property funds, fiduciaries, corporate institutions, and sovereign wealth funds.
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Lifestyle & Property Chief Operating Officer to lead and grow our exclusive Partner Model Globally. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of the model by identifying, attracting, and developing top-tier talent. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader with a passion for luxury services and properties

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent aligned with our company’s ethos and vision for growth. Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Partners, providing ongoing support to help them achieve both their own and the company's financial goals.

Client Experience Management
Manage and enhance the client journey, understanding the specific needs of our high-net-worth clients to deliver personalized, luxury experiences.

Vendor & Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and business partners, ensuring premium service quality.

Strategic Planning

KPI Management
Hold weekly Zoom meetings with Partners, create a collaborative and performance-driven culture, and ensure company KPIs are met.

Plan and manage bespoke events, travel experiences, and high-end services for individual clients.

Proven success in recruiting and developing sales teams and talent acquisition in the luxury industry.
Experience in the luxury real estate or luxury service sector is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to foster team collaboration and a high-performance culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury lifestyle services or luxury real estate.

Compensation
We offer a highly competitive base salary along with an uncapped commission structure, with on-target earnings (OTE) exceeding £300,000 annually.
