Responsibilities and Requirements:

Senior Selling:

  • Proven track record and extensive experience in healthcare sales, with an extremely strong focus on NHS sales.
  • In-depth understanding of NHS structures and processes, with a strong commercial acumen. 
  • Take senior responsibility for various selling actions in partnership with junior staff, including:
  • Conducting product demonstrations.
  • Writing business cases.
  • Crafting proposals.
  • Managing pipeline progression actions.
  • Executing successful closings.
  • Conducting negotiations.
  • Delivering impactful presentations.

Account Management: 

  • Lead and manage key client accounts, taking on initial account lead responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain the longevity of the client relationship. 

Leadership and Coaching:

  • Assume leadership responsibilities within client teams, providing guidance and coaching to junior staff.
  • Set clear goals, targets, and performance expectations for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Weekly scrutiny of performance and campaign activity 

Go-to Market Strategies:

  • Collaborate with client teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies that align with organisational objectives.

Progress Reporting:

  • Build and share progress reports, and present progression metrics to external clients, demonstrating the value and impact of our services.

Client Onboarding:

  • Managing the client onboarding process from a sales perspective 
  • Holding all the calls and managing the agenda
  • Being the liaison between internal (new business and ops team) and external stakeholders (client team)

Additional Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Attend the monthly Manchester team meeting on the second Wednesday of each month, located in Spaces, Peter House, Manchester. 
  • Partake in wider company duties.
  • OKR work

  • Recruitment

Brand Ambassador:

  • Selling Quiddity as a service and providing consistent credibility. 
  • Upholding the standards / policies / processes.

Quiddity represents the business development functions of digital health innovators. Our approach involves breaking down responsibilities into specialised roles (Account Director, Business Development Manager, Sales Development Representative). Rather than assigning an individual full responsibility for meeting all client objectives, we distribute responsibilities amongst the aforementioned roles. 

Package

  • Basic salary - £40-55k (depending on experience)
  • Commission based on performance, which encompasses:
