Job Description

The Human Resources Shared Services Manager (Senior Manager, Coworker Experience (CWE)) will build a best in class shared services function within HR (Coworker Success - CWS), driving a high quality coworker experience and ongoing operational effectiveness in service delivery.

  • Responsible for the day to day operational oversight of the Coworker Experience (CWE) team
  • Drive scale and efficiencies across the team by focusing on process optimization, just in time resources, ongoing coworker development, and continuous improvement
  • Lead or participate in projects to design and implement operational, systematic, and administrative efficiencies through various projects.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and intake processes for the catalogue of services supported by the Coworker Experience team.
  • Collaborate with other CWS functions on key organizational initiatives by supporting the process, communication, or follow up.
  • Analyse, present, make recommendations, and act on CWE performance trends
  • Form partnerships within CWS functions to ensure operational effectiveness of CWE service delivery.
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive requests, information, and data.
  • Find opportunities to evolve Coworker Experience skills and processes and instill a culture of continuous improvement to refine and enhance existing capabilities
  • Travel as required

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent CDW experience
  • Prior experience leading a HR Shared Services (Operations) team of individuals to deliver results.
  • Experience of projects and initiatives
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
  • In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in HR Shared Services / HR operations space and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other HR case and knowledge management tools.
  • HRIS Experience (Workday desirable)
