The Role:

These guys have secured a brand-new vendor with a suite of innovative products they want to take to the UK market


You will be the business development lead for this new vendor Get familiar with the product ranges and then work with the vast partner network to grow vendor sales


You’ll work with the Partner Account Managers and identify opportunities to grow your vendor revenue. Maximise existing partner relationships, or generate news ones through networking, events, exhibitions etc.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Immerse yourself in the vendor product line and become an expert
  • Through existing partners and new partners, maximise vendor revenue.
  • Work closely with account managers and other business development team members to identify and capitalise on opportunities,
  • Attend events and exhibitions on behalf of the vendor – grow the partner network


Essential experience required:

  • Prior experience in B2B in a Sales, business development Channel sales or Account Management role.
  • Experience of working with vendors or channel partners, ideally in the Cloud Technology space.
  • A background in sales targeted roles with performance against quota.
  • Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to communicate at all levels including strong presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp the features and benefits of a proposition, and the ability to translate this clearly to client accounts.
  • Excellent organisational skills working well both in a team environment and individually.
  • Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • UK Driving License.


Package:

  • Base salary of up to £40k plus £20k (OTE).
  • Hybrid working in Fareham
  • 25 Days annual leave plus your Birthday off.
