About the Role: As the Operational Resiliency Specialist, you will work closely with the Operations Resiliency Director to enhance the company's ability to withstand disruptions. You'll be responsible for managing business continuity processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with global teams to align resilience efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis and maintain Business Continuity Plans.
  • Manage compliance with resiliency and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate scenario testing and implement recommendations.

Key Requirements:
