Mergers & Acquisitions Project Manager- Up to £80k


A UK Leading private equity backed Construction and Facilities services provider are looking for an Project Manager to support Acquisitions and Integrations of a number of key businesses. They are heavily backed and over the past 12 months have brought in 8 construction, security and building services organisation under their umbrella, and your role as Project Manager will be pivotal to the success of their current and future business.


This is a role where you will be working both with clients on site in the construction and facilities sector, as well as key stakeholders and shareholders in the business. You’ll need to have experience in similar sectors, and know how to collaborate with people at a variety of levels and backgrounds.


What they’re looking for in you as their Acquisitions and Integration Project Manager:


  • Proven experience in project management within engineering, construction, facilities or a related industry.
  • Experience of the End to End process managing, supporting and addressing challenges involved in the acquisition and integration of newly acquired businesses.
  • Supporting the Mergers & Acquisitions team and be involved in the financial reporting, Office365 consolidation, and presentation to senior stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, as well as liaising with key internal and external stakeholders for the projects
  • Regular travel on site (They have clients across the UK, with a focus in South West/Midlands. All travel and accommodation is expensed)
