Warner Scott are partnered with the Valuations Team of a mid-market professional services firm, and are looking to bring in a Manager. The firm have had fantastic growth over the last 12 months and are well positioned for further success as markets continue to look more promising.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage multiple valuation engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and coordinate team activities to meet project objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the engagement process.
  • Conduct comprehensive valuations for various purposes, including financial reporting, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.
  • Analyse financial statements, market data, industry trends, and economic conditions to support valuation conclusions.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports, presentations, and other deliverables that effectively communicate valuation findings and recommendations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to clients regarding valuation matters and related business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and support business development initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional growth.


Requirements:


  • Qualified in a relevant Accountancy Qualification eg. ACA or ACCA (Preferred)
  • Relevant experience in valuations, preferably within a professional services or advisory firm.
  • Strong understanding of valuation principles, methodologies, and financial modelling techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
