We're looking for a seasoned IT Delivery Manager with expertise in office relocations to join our client’s capable team and help lead the technology transitions of their ever-expanding property portfolio.


Location Hybrid 2 days a week in Manchester (must be able to travel internationally once a month)

Salary: £75K - £85K


Working within an ethical, equal opportunities brand and collaborating with a diverse team—product owners, technical teams (internal and external), service teams, vendors, COOs, workplace & facilities leaders, and other stakeholders— you'll need extensive experience in managing office moves, refurbishments, and new location setups with a focus on the IT/ Technology side.


A strong understanding of technology integration within physical spaces is absolutely key, along with a natural ability to foster relationships with third parties.


Other responsibilities include:


  • Define project scope, goals, and benefits, and design the delivery approach. Partner with stakeholders and secure agreement on the business case.
  • Oversee project execution, and manage budgets, partners, and suppliers. Ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Develop a global IT Property standards strategy for future projects. Manage dependencies across projects and minimise user impact.
  • Keep stakeholders, including senior leadership, informed on progress and ensure alignment.
  • Provide high-quality IT solutions that meet business needs and are easy to adopt and support.
  • Build a strong, motivated team with clear goals and responsibilities.
  • Work effectively with internal teams and partners to deliver successful change.


What skills you’ll need to succeed:


  • Proven track record leading large-scale property technology programs (£10m+) modernising digital infrastructure and corporate systems.
  • Skilled in vendor management, and change leadership in regulated environments (legal, finance, retail).
  • Previous experience building high-performing teams (internal & external).
  • Adept at risk management, complex stakeholder engagement (all levels), and clear communication.
  • Possess deep technical expertise in IT network infrastructure (implementation, security, decommissioning).
  • Knowledgeable of property technology including MERS/SERS, LAN/WAN connectivity, and office solutions (telephony, security, meeting rooms, digital signage).
  • RIBA project methodology understanding
  • Comfortable with core meeting room technologies (Cisco, Condeco, Poly, Crestron, Zoom, Google, Microsoft Teams)
