They are growing quickly, launching new products and into new territories so are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to join their team.


The successful candidate will look to deliver a best in class shopping experience to their customers.


They will ensure that the customer is delighted at every touchpoint and will improve overall customer experience and website performance


The Person


  • Experienced in owning, developing and implementing ecommerce strategies in an international brand (Shopify experience would be ideal)
  • Proven track record in optimising online shopping experiences, ensuring all product information is correct and the user interface is best in class
  • Experience reporting on website performance, conversion rates and customer behaviour to inform future strategies
  • Experienced working in cross functional teams where product, marketing, data and ecom all work collaboratively
  • Demonstrative skills in overseeing the development and maintenance of online stores and their scalabilty
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, including but not linited to brand, digital, analystics and finance
  • Enjoys growing and managing teams
