This is an amazing opportunity to join an award-winning innovative construction company based in Dungannon. They are a hugely successful company trading for over 50 years. They are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator. This is a full time permanent position. Hours of work is Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:30 and Friday 08:30 – 16:00. Salary negotiable depending on experience

Your new role
As Procurement Administrator your duties include:
Assisting in identifying and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.Prepare and process purchase ordersMaintain and update procurement records, including supplier contracts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and clarify order details.Track inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for ongoing and upcoming projects.Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for materials and services.Support the procurement team in implementing cost control strategies.Maintain accurate and organised records for auditing and reporting purposes.Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analyses for management review.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements, policies and procedures.Participate in team meetings to discuss procurement strategies, project updates, and supplier performance.
