Ideally, you will also have

  • experience / strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Azure cloud services. However, relevant experience in other cloud platforms will be considered
  • experience in a technical consulting / technology professional services environment
  • experience of working within enterprise projects with a strong data focus which could include data engineering, data platform design, data analytics, machine learning or AI.

One more thing – research indicates that marginalised groups of people may not apply for jobs unless they meet 100% of the qualifications. We also know that individuals come from many backgrounds. We value people who bring unique perspectives and new knowledge to our team. If you believe you're qualified, but don't "check all the boxes", please submit an application.

What you'll do

You'll have a wide range of responsibilities. Here are some examples to give you a flavour of what you'll do:

  • undertake structured analysis of client technical requirements and identify issues, risks, constraints and opportunities, and provide targeted actions and technical recommendations to resolve them.
  • lead in creation of technical documentation, which may include technical specifications, technology options appraisals, technology roadmaps, technical discovery reports, and architecture diagrams.
  • assess and research technology options available for a variety of situations and constraints with input as needed from technical leads.
  • support technical leads in creation of target technical architectures by gathering technical requirements and through enabling clients to make technical decisions.
  • develop a deep understanding of Storm ID development technologies and methodologies.
  • develop strong understanding of client organisational challenges.
  • input into pre sales activity such as proposals, meetings and statements of work.
