Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject.
- Able to be present in a live surgery environment.
- Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
- Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
- Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.
Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
- Work alongside the Area Sales Manager in providing clinical support in Theatre environments, assisting staff within your territory.
- Maintain and grow accounts focused on upper limb and foot & ankle extremity fixation.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to achieve business goals and foster strong relationships with hospital personnel.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure accurate stock support.
- Offer clinical education and training on products and provide on-call support as needed.
