The Candidate:

We are looking for a Head of Product Growth with a combination of analytical and creative skills and a decade of experience in product marketing and e-commerce. The goal is to strategically position and promote our products to maximize market share and revenue growth.

Strong management skills are essential, as the candidate will build strategies, create proof of concepts, and hire and lead a team to implement these effectively.

Desired Experience

  • Travel e-com experience a plus
  • 10+ years in web & e-commerce
  • 5+ years in online merchandising
  • 3+ years in SEO
  • 3+ years in CRO & A/B Testing
  • 2+ years in coordinating and executing product photography

Desired Skills/Applications

  • Master of GA4
  • Manage A|B Testing
  • Vlook up, IF and other functions on excel
  • Able to identify basic on-page SEO data
  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related Analytical field


Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Strategic Product Prioritization:

  • Evaluate the product pipeline to prioritize developments that align with company goals and market demand.
  • Use data analytics to strategically prioritize projects for optimal market share and revenue growth

Proof of Concept and Strategic Rollouts:

  • Create and validate proof of concept for new initiatives, ensuring they meet company goals before full-scale implementation.
  • Oversee the rollout of new product strategies, ensuring effective execution and alignment with overall company goals


Product & Category Page Optimization and Merchandising

  • Utilize visual merchandising tools to enhance online presentation
  • Analyze and optimize product pages for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure product pages align with brand standards and market needs

Copywriting Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive copywriting strategy across various channels
  • Onboard, train and manage a team of copywriters, coaching them to create concise, effective UI text

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for copywriting and content creation
  • Inspire and guide team members to achieve strategic goals.
