Brand Partnerships Manager - Talent Agency


What you will be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with brands, securing partnership opportunities, and managing campaigns that align with their talent's strengths and brand goals. Your strategic thinking and excellent communication skills will be essential in driving successful collaborations.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new brand partnership opportunities that align with agency talent profiles and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives, agencies, and other key stakeholders
  • Oversee the execution of brand partnership campaigns from inception to completion
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and feedback to optimize future partnerships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring exceptional service and communication
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the brand partnership space
  • Conduct market research to identify potential brand partners and assess partnership viability
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, contracts, and campaign details


Requirements:

  • Experience in brand partnerships within the talent management industry
  • Proven track record of successfully securing and managing brand partnerships
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for the talent industry and a keen eye for identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities
