Role Description

We are seeking a Finance Office Team Leader for a full-time, on-site role based in Lincolnshire. As the Finance Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the finance office team, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. You will also collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to team members.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Organised and efficient with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet key deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in numeracy skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of tax laws/CIS and regulations is a plus
