The job

As a Social Media and Brand Representative, you will become our main brand ambassador You will mainly manage our content and presence on social media, engage with our customers and community, and host TikTok LIVE events on a regular basis. Your role will involve making our online presence grow, building real trust, driving traffic and sales. You will encapsulate our brand’s essence and won’t be afraid of testing strategies and adapt to the current trends to make the biggest impact possible.


We need you to…

  • Manage and create strategic, trendy and organic content on our main social media accounts daily — become our brand’s main face, along with other UGC creators that you may help us find
  • Respond to comments and customer queries on social media and our website in a timely manner — creating engaging conversations and providing personalized recommendations is key for us to build trust and relationships with customers
  • Organize and participate in daily TikTok LIVEs and other events to build community and boost brand awareness and sales
  • Identify potential partners to collaborate with, organise giveaways…
  • Track and analyse results and adapt accordingly, prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI…)

  • Ensure brand consistency by aligning with our global marketing strategies and with other departments to stay updated on new launches, etc.


Requirements

  • Have a solid understanding or a natural interest in the perfume industry — you’ll talk about DIALECT’s perfumes as if they were yours
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms + top influencers/content creators and social brands
  • Hands-on experience using social media to build brand awareness, graphic design, photo and video editing, and publishing
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Have a strategic mindset to adapt to every platform and identify target audiences’ preferences and produce tailored and engaging content
  • Have exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications — we need you to feel comfortable in front of a camera and host live events to sell our products while interacting with an online audience
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Native-level English skills required
  • Must be based anywhere in the UK as long as you can easily travel to London and/or our warehouse for content creation, community and events purposes


Preferred qualifications and experience

  • A bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in marketing or a related field
  • 4-5 years of previous experience in a similar position
