Role Overview: We are seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Environment to provide strategic and operational support across all Business Units within the UK Division of Ringway. This role involves ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on health, safety, and environmental issues within the integrated management system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, UK Division standards, and legal requirements.
  • Promote VINCI's Purpose, Vision, and Values.
  • Manage and support a team of Health, Safety & Environment Advisors.
  • Conduct audits and maintain sector-specific standards for ISO45001 & ISO14001.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategies and training programs.
  • Liaise with Enforcing Authorities and stakeholders.
  • Foster a risk management culture and drive innovation in health, safety, and environmental practices.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior health, safety, and environment role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO45001 & ISO14001 standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
