What You’ll Do:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients.
- Talent Sourcing: Use your keen eye for talent to find and engage top candidates.
- Negotiation: Utilise your sales skills to negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
