Head of Merchandising



We are currently recruiting for a Head of Merchandising to join an leading retail business initially on a 6 month contract.


This would suit individuals who thrive working in an ever changing and fast paced retail environment. This would suit an experienced Head of Merchandising or Merchandise Manager from a fashion or home background with a large volume retailer.


Key requirements for this role:


The development of the overall Merchandising strategy including range plans

Experience of managing & developing a team

Establishing and growing the sales and profit plan

Creating a new stock and OTB plan

Developing WSSI by category / department / season
