As our new Senior Licensing Operations Specialist, you will be supporting the Sales Teams in retaining and growing our client base by managing the renewals process for our vendors. In this role, you will add value to our customers through excellent service & support and actively advise on their existing software estate and outline the right products and services available to them.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Vendor negotiations and the ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell as well as consolidating agreements
  • Prepare contracts for customers on Verma contract database and sending purchase orders to vendors using MS POET
  • Creation of direct and indirect licensing contracts
  • Processing and booking of supplier orders
  • Actively take part in continuous improvement of processes
  • Process customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics AX


Your Competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience from a similar role, such as Customer Service or Support, Sales Coordinator, Software or Operations Specialist etc.
  • Experience working with software and with ERP/CRM systems
  • Software license knowledge from one or more of the following vendors: Microsoft, Adobe, VMware, Citrix, Veeam, Oracle
  • Hands-on experience optimising and demonstrating licensing cost savings within existing and new accounts

  • Keen to solve customer problems, keeping an holistic view of the cases while identifying the root cause
  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as communicative skills
