About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Licensing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring clients have the correct licenses under the appropriate agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Microsoft Enterprise customers by providing licensing expertise, quotes, and true-up support for both new and existing clients.
  • Advise internal teams on licensing, pricing, amendments, and concessions.
  • Collaborate with customers to address licensing needs and identify service opportunities.
  • Secure and expand business through upselling and cross-selling to current VL clients.
  • Work effectively with your team and internal stakeholders for seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft software licensing (SAM-based or sales equivalent).
  • Solid business acumen coupled with the ability to translate technical requirements into business terms.
  • In-depth and strategic understanding of Microsoft Licensing programs, tools (Explore.ms, Poet – Partner Self-Service), and platforms.
  • Understanding of operations processes for transacting Microsoft Volume Licensing.
