One of our clients is a financial services company with an energetic and creative ethos. With a team of over 1,000 in the U.K. alone, you will be working with emerging industry leaders. The company is committed to scaling and reinforcing their Salesforce system and streamlining their processes. This opportunity will suit someone who is keen to take ownership in a challenging, rewarding environment.


They are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable liaising with key stakeholders in the business and providing solutions to complex problems. Certifications are not mandatory but are highly encouraged. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating and being a point of contact for Salesforce needs and queries.


This role requires travel twice a month to Cardiff. Please only apply if you can commit to this arrangement.


Essential experience:


  • A successful commercial track record in a Salesforce Administrator capacity
  • Experience providing configuration changes such as flows, rules, approvals, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps and other maintenance routines
  • Experience building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver business value and streamline processes
  • Investigation of defects, and referral of complex bug fixes for future development sprints
  • Upskilling internal teams on Salesforce features and functionality
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team and taking ownership


It offers a salary of up to £60K based on experience with a generous benefit package and healthcare.
