Job Summary

Hargreaves Lansdown plc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Ensure the stability, performance, and security of our Salesforce platform, including day-to-day administration, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system health.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancements and implement best practices to maximize the value we get from Salesforce, staying abreast of new features and updates, and proactively suggesting and executing improvements.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Serve as a repository of Salesforce expertise within the organization, ensuring that knowledge is retained and not dependent on external consultants.
  • User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to our Salesforce users, helping them to utilize the platform effectively and efficiently.
  • Customization and Integration: Build on the work initiated by our consultant, ensuring that our Salesforce instance is tailored to meet our unique business needs and is seamlessly integrated with other critical systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required; Advanced Administrator (ADM 301) and other relevant certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Proficiency in data management and security, including data imports, exports, and data quality.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, including Lightning components and App Builder.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development best practices.
  • Experience with third-party applications and integrations, such as marketing automation tools, Data Cloud, Einstein.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Previous experience in a senior or lead role.
