Job Overview:


The Sales Admin and Marketing Support Assistant will provide crucial administrative support to the partner channel and contribute to the divisions marketing efforts. This role requires expertise in graphic design and social media content creation. The individual will ensure seamless preparation and processing of sales documents, assist in developing marketing materials, and support the execution of marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Support:

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  2. Assist in preparing and formatting sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  3. Support with sales contract preparation, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  4. Coordinate and manage the distribution of sales materials and marketing collateral.
  5. Support performance tracking, including monitoring and reporting of the sales pipeline.
  • Marketing Support:
  1. Work with the marketing team to design and create attractive marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
  2. Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Assist in creating partner marketing campaigns.
  • Graphic Design:
  1. Use graphic design skills to create high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity.
  2. Design and produce materials for both print and digital media.
  3. Ensure consistency and accuracy in all graphic design work, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Social Media and Campaign Creation:
  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Create and manage partner channel social media content calendars.
  3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
  4. Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales administration and marketing support.
  • Graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and creating marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Administrative Skills: Efficient in handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and processing documentation.
  • Graphic Design: Experience in creating professional and engaging visual content.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
