- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. Establish clear communication channels for managing expectations, gathering requirements, and providing updates.
- Define and track project benefits to ensure alignment with expected business benefits and ROI. Monitor and report on benefits realisation throughout the project life-cycle.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions. Manage changes in scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
- Maintain high standards of project quality and performance through regular reviews and adherence to deliverables and milestones.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement. Implement lessons learned from past projects to enhance practices and outcomes.
Skills & Experience
- Deep understanding of best practices in project management and experience leading projects in complex, global, and multi-functional environments.
- Cross-cultural working experience in Europe, Asia and in the USA related to digital technology to drive improved user experiences (internal and external).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including executives, team members, clients, and external partners.
- Strong working knowledge of project management best practices with hands-on experience in value realisation.
- Leadership skills to inspire and mobilise stakeholders towards achieving program objectives.
