As Group L&D Programme Lead, you will be responsible for leading a transformative shift from a locally driven training model to a centrally led approach, ensuring consistency and excellence across all regions around the world. The role involves orchestrating the design and delivery of a global training curriculum that equips employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
