As Group L&D Programme Lead, you will be responsible for leading a transformative shift from a locally driven training model to a centrally led approach, ensuring consistency and excellence across all regions around the world. The role involves orchestrating the design and delivery of a global training curriculum that equips employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for success. You will work closely with stakeholders at both global and local levels, managing timelines, assessing training needs, and driving continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the training programs.
