Exciting Opportunity: Property and Environmental Coordinator at Bell Group


Are you ready to make an impact in property management and sustainability? Bell Group is seeking a motivated Property and Environmental Coordinator to join our dynamic team This pivotal role will help manage our diverse portfolio of buildings, ensuring smooth operations and driving our ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) initiatives.


What You’ll Do:


- Building Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our head offices and facilities, ensuring all systems—HVAC, plumbing, and electrical—are in top shape. Collaborate with contractors and manage daily operations for seamless functionality.


- ESG Leadership: Support our waste management program and manage vital ESG data to keep our sustainability goals on track. Use QLIK reporting to maintain an up-to-date ESG dashboard.


- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure our buildings adhere to health and safety regulations, implementing policies and training staff on best practices.


- Vendor Management: Work closely with external contractors to ensure high standards of service and compliance with safety regulations.


- Financial Oversight: Help manage operating budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance, ensuring cost-effective solutions.


- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency plans, acting as a key contact during crises.


What We’re Looking For:


- Minimum 1 year in a similar role.

- Proficiency in IT, including Excel and QLIK (training provided).

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

- A professional and approachable demeanour.

- Excellent organisational skills when managing multiple small jobs.

- Passionate about the environment and legal compliance.
