I am looking for a Digital Accounts Assistant to join the team and play a key role in continuing the success of the department.



Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team in managing the agency's portfolio, working directly with clients and advising them on media planning and buying strategy.
  • Assisting team in negotiation of, and manage delivery of, media owner deals/campaign deliveries.
  • Managing the compilation of key client reports including buying results and market competitive reporting.
  • Supporting with preparation and presentation of material required for client and internal meetings.
  • Establishing working relationships with internal teams, media owners and other third parties.



The Ideal candidate:

  • Relevant degree/qualifications within marketing and advertising space.
  • Previous working experience/internships within media agencies.
  • Experience of using key industry media planning and implementation tools.
  • Confidence, positivity and ability to present yourself amongst internal/external colleagues.
  • High level of computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong numerical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Great attention to detail, combined with great organisational skills.
