About the Role

We are collaborating with a prominent technology organization that operates in a hybrid work environment. This company is known for its strategic acquisitions and comprises a network of specialized firms that assist leading industrial sectors in shaping and enhancing their business models through innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Digital Communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP.
  • Development of management accounts to support business decision-making.
  • Assistance in the financial integration process for multiple acquisitions.
  • Collaboration with the central finance team, which oversees operations across various European and Asian markets.
  • Addressing ad hoc inquiries from senior finance leadership and business unit directors.
  • Training new team members involved in acquisition processes on all relevant aspects of their roles.
  • Support and management of various ad hoc projects as required.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A fully qualified ACA or ACCA professional, having completed their training at a mid-tier accounting firm.
  • Experienced in audit and financial statement preparation.
  • Proficient in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Possessing a keen interest in technology and software solutions.
