ROLE: Key Account Manager
Location: Remote, England, United Kingdom
Our client is a global payments enablement and software company, helping over 3,000 clients globally across 200 countries and territories. They're now looking for a Senior Key Account Manager, to develop strong and established relationships to expand their capabilities with their clients.
What you'll do:
- Perform account planning/Analysis for key accounts for expansion.
- Build relationships and negotiate with various clients including C-suite executives to win business.
- Lead integration projects alongside the solutions teams to provide technical solutions and processes for clients to adopt.
- collaborate with internal departments to solve client payment problems.
- Become an expert in the products and offerings we provide alongside the products their competitors provide, to refine your product offerings.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant sales, consulting, or customer-facing experience ideally within Paytech and/or selling SaaS into Higher education.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- A strong self-starter with the ability to work alone, as well as part of a team. Ability to use their initiative and willingness to engage internally and externally.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiar with cloud business applications including Salesforce, Microsoft, and Zoom.
