  • Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

4. Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the main point of contact for senior buyers and stakeholders at John Lewis or Argos, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Attend account meetings, presentations, and negotiations, representing the company’s interests at the highest level.
  • Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of account plans.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management, with proven success managing large-scale retail accounts, ideally John Lewis or Argos.
  • Experience within the consumer electronics sector, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and retail environments.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving account growth.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor account performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior-level executives.

What the Role Offers:

  • Competitive Salary
  • Performance-based Bonus
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package, including:
  • Private healthcare
  • Pension plan
  • Product discounts
  • Flexible working options
  • Learning and development opportunities to support career progression.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in consumer electronics and take ownership of two of the most prestigious retail accounts. If you have the expertise, ambition, and drive to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
