We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to work in our brand new PAIGE store, opening in Bicester Village in November 2024


Aa a Store Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the successful, efficient, and profitable operation of the store in order to achieve PAIGE business objectives. You are accountable for ensuring that all required actions are taken in the store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets, and are responsible for owning the representation of the brand in the store, establishing and maintaining the standards and expectations of excellence regarding customer service, merchandising and visual presentation, employee development, operational compliance and inventory control.


This position requires strong interpersonal and communications skills, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit that exercises creative and resourceful decision making and independent judgment to affect business in impactful ways and ensure the store operates in the best interest of the company while maximizing potential.


Who we are looking for?

  • You will be an experienced Store Manager, with previous experience of managing high performing teams
  • A passion for premium and luxury retail, but will have worked in retail previously
  • Deliver excellent customer service and a confident leader
  • Self Motivated, focused and driven to achieve store goals and targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledgeable with retail systems and a strong understanding of retail math and KPIs
  • The ability to engage and motivate teams, and to work collaboratively with colleagues Flexibility and experience in managing multiple strategic and operational business functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Paige's designs became an instant obsession of consumers, celebrities, and prominent fashion editors. Quickly, we unveiled our men's, petites and maternity ranges - all created with the same commitment to the craft.


As our story continues to evolve, we remain devoted to the details. We only partner with the best wash-houses in the country, which happen to be in our hometown of Los Angeles.
