In this critical role, you'll leverage your deep understanding of requirements management methodologies and proven experience in major infrastructure projects to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Requirements Management Strategy
  • Establish a centralised Requirements Management System encompassing tools, procedures, and supply chain interfaces.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent, and complete requirements are documented.
  • Analyse and ensure the feasibility of requirements.
  • Maintain a traceable Requirements Traceability Matrix to track requirement evolution.
  • Implement a formal process for managing requirement changes.
  • Identify and mitigate requirements-related risks.
  • Integrate requirements risk management into overall project risk plans.

To be successful, you'll possess:

  • Substantial experience in requirements management for large infrastructure projects (nuclear or energy sector preferred).
  • Proven track record managing requirements for complex projects, programs, and corporate entities.
  • Experience with publicly funded infrastructure projects is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications (CRS, CBAP, etc.) are desirable.
