Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent & Brand Partnerships Agent to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting their diverse talent roster with premium brands, negotiating deals, and overseeing the execution of partnership campaigns.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and brand partnerships, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities that align with both the talent’s brand and the client’s marketing objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Represent a roster of talent across various industries, including actors, influencers, models, and digital creators
  • Understand their personal brands, career goals, and market positioning to identify suitable partnership opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients to create and secure partnership opportunities
  • Work closely with brands to understand their marketing strategies and identify talent that aligns with their objectives
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both talent and the agency
  • Oversee contract execution, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed-upon terms and timelines.


Requirements:

  • Experience in talent management, brand partnerships.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing and managing high-value brand partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, and digital media industries
  • Established network of contacts within the brand marketing and talent management sectors
