Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Partnerships Agent to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing brand partnerships for our talent roster. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the advertising, marketing, and brand communities, along with a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and influencer marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new brand partnership opportunities for our talent, aligning with their personal brands and audience demographics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and other industry stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration opportunities
  • Lead negotiations for partnership deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the talent and the agency while maximizing revenue and exposure
  • Collaborate with talent managers and creators to develop brand partnership strategies that align with their career goals and brand identity
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential brand partners, and new monetization opportunities within the digital and influencer space
  • Oversee the execution of brand partnerships, from contract signing to campaign completion, ensuring all deliverables are met and campaigns are successful


Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or a related field, preferably within a talent agency or digital media company
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for the talent industry and a keen eye for identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities
