About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Partnerships Agent to join our team at SUMO Talent. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing brand partnerships for our talent roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new brand partnership opportunities for our talent, aligning with their personal brands and audience demographics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and other industry stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration opportunities
- Lead negotiations for partnership deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the talent and the agency while maximizing revenue and exposure
- Collaborate with talent managers and creators to develop brand partnership strategies that align with their career goals and brand identity
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential brand partners, and new monetization opportunities within the digital and influencer space
- Oversee the execution of brand partnerships, from contract signing to campaign completion, ensuring all deliverables are met and campaigns are successful
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or a related field, preferably within a talent agency or digital media company
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for the talent industry and a keen eye for identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities
