AV Account Manager and AV Account Director

The AV team is a highly collaborative, honest, and proactive group of over 30 dedicated individuals specialising in TV, Video On Demand, and Cinema. The team caters to a diverse range of clients, delivering tailored AV solutions and fostering a culture of communication, teamwork, and excellence.


Two experienced AV professionals are needed for the roles of AV Account Manager and AV Account Director. These roles are instrumental in delivering high-quality outputs, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of both clients and the agency.


Key Responsibilities:

For AV Account Manager:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key mid-level clients.
  • Lead the team in producing high-quality output across TV, Video, and Cinema.
  • Negotiate with sales house teams to maximise value for clients.
  • Foster relationships with senior media owners to stay abreast of industry offerings.
  • Ensure operational excellence and achievement of KPIs.
  • Drive market-leading delivery and innovative ideas across all briefs.
  • Demonstrate proactivity and a deep understanding of client and media owner businesses.

For AV Account Director:

  • Build strong relationships with key clients, delivering outstanding work and supporting the Head of AV.
  • Oversee the day-to-day output of the teams, serving as a subject matter expert across TV, VOD, and Cinema.
  • Negotiate with sales house teams to drive added value opportunities for clients.
  • Develop relationships with senior media owners, evaluating new offerings and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Set clear progression plans for the team, embracing and fostering a positive culture within the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in AV media planning and buying, including TV, Video, Connected TV, and Cinema.
  • Strong proficiency in Media Ocean tools, Prisma, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of media auditing processes and negotiation.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and confident in challenging briefs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working within teams and with clients and media owners.
