Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed electrical estimates for a variety of projects in the building services sector.
  • Review tender documents and specifications to ensure accurate costings.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure project profitability.
  • Present and explain estimates to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the building services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with estimation software and MS Office Suite.
