MKJ - Ignite are thrilled to be working with a premium non-alcoholic drinks brand that's making waves in the market. As the Head of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of their mission to redefine the beverage industry. This pivotal role involves leading our new business strategy for the grocery channel, securing prime listings with key retailers, and maximizing every sales opportunity. With advanced negotiations already underway with two major grocers, your expertise will be instrumental in driving their growth and success.


What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️ Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or a similar senior sales leadership role in the FMCG challenger brand space.

⭐️ Someone who can grow the grocery channel, developing existing customers and going out hunting new listings.

⭐️Craft and execute innovative strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the grocery channel.

⭐️Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless distribution and brand consistency across all channels.

⭐️Work closely with market and product development teams to align our sales strategies with brand positioning and innovation goals.

⭐️ Proven FMCG sales experience in the grocery channel, demonstrating a track record of revenue growth and market share expansion.

⭐️ Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain successful partnerships with retail buyers.

⭐️ A strategic, data-driven approach to sales planning, activation, and performance analysis.

⭐️ An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for premium FMCG products.
