Business Development Manager - Breast Implants


Our client, a leading innovator in designing, developing, manufacturing, and marketing breast implants and other solutions for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, urgently seeks a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to cover the M1 Corridor region.


As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the company's growth, securing new business and building strong relationships with influential Surgeons. You will offer first-class support and service to accounts, ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction, and consistently exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the NHS and private medical sector
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers, including renowned plastic surgeons
  • Skillfully present and showcase the transformative benefits of our client's breast implants and cosmetic and reconstructive solutions to potential clients
  • Implement bold sales strategies and innovative initiatives to achieve and surpass sales targets in this dynamic medical sector
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to existing clients, exceeding their needs and expectations
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives


Candidate Profile:


  • Proven track record in a medical sales or business development role within the surgical sector, with experience in observing surgical procedures in theatres
  • Great understanding of the NHS and private healthcare sales process
  • Strong interest in the aesthetic and cosmetic surgery industry
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Valid driving license


Package:


Base salary: £45,000

Commission: 6% on all sales

Benefits: Company car, pension, healthcare
