We are currently searching for a Business Development Manager.

We’re proudly part of Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces, driven by a mission to create surfaces people love, with service they can count on, delivered by people who care. We are dedicated to getting our customers what they want, when and how they want it and take great pride in manufacturing and providing the most innovative and on trend Kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
To develop our sales in decorative laminate tile replacement wall panel products. Principally into direct to home DIY, merchant, consumer retail, multi-site accommodation and hotel market sectors.
Brands include Wetwall, Mermaid, and Splashwall alongside own label into merchant customers.

Generate new business by developing customer base for our brands within a nominated territory. Develop and manage sales objectives and development plans alongside customers, colleagues and management.

Maintain the day to day field-based liaison between our company and direct and indirect trade customers.
Preserve existing business within each direct customer account.
Undertake classroom training seminars for sales people.
Occasionally undertake hands own installer training both in classroom and workshop.
Annually develop sales targets for the territory by brand.
Advise on customer complaints under guarantees.
Maintain up to date expenses returns with accounts monthly

Good business acumen and strong abilities develop strategies to expand sales.
Good presentation skills and a talent for sales and negotiation.
