Regional Housing Manager

Our client, based in Leyland, is currently recruiting for a Regional Housing Manager on a 3-month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and the hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing two Area Managers who are responsible for all Tenancy Management related queries, including older persons services
- Overseeing and reporting on staff performance, setting KPIS
- Leading on Choice Based Lettings withing the operational area
- Working with both internal and external partners, providing strategic ideas to ensure a better-quality service to tenants
- Help contribute and lead on change project management
- Providing expertise on specific housing areas e.g., voids, income, tenancy management, allocations and schemes
- Holding budget management responsibility
- Advising managers on how to deal with major tenancy breaches
Experience required:
- Strong knowledge on tenancy breach procedures
- Have managed Managers in the past
Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
