Merchandising Admin Assistant/Allocator

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Assistant Merchandiser/Merchandising team to ensure stock gets to the right places at the right time
  • Analysis of stock and sales by store, highlighting concerns regarding stock targets and store capacities.
  • Build relationships with stores and senior retail managers and maintain reports to evaluate store performance and stock levels on a weekly basis and make recommendations to improve store performance
  • Communicate with warehouse to manage distribution of orders to stores
  • Become a super-user on all internal stock management systems.
  • Supporting Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandiser with collating sales reporting and general admin and analysis
  • Accountable for raising all purchase orders in a timely manner & distributing to relevant suppliers
